- —Shipping Responsibility: Returns must be sent via insured, prepaid shipping with tracking. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

- —Cutting Machines: Returns must be approved directly through the manufacturer. Please contact our technical support for manufacturer details.
- —Custom Orders: Customized items are specifically tailored and considered final sale once the order is confirmed.
- —Packaging: Items must be returned in original packaging, placed inside an additional shipping box to prevent transit damage.
- —Reporting Damages: Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Compensation cannot be issued after this window.
- —Risk of Loss: Once the carrier confirms delivery, Diamond Key is not responsible for replacement orders or lost packages.
Warranty Support
Xhorse Warranty: This covers non-wear parts for one year. This warranty does not extend to tablets, displays, screens, cutters, decoders, key clamps, or accessories.
